Hello! Welcome to my website, forever a work in progress. I hope it helps showcase some of my work and what I am about.

Based in Scotland, but originally from New Zealand, I was fortunate enough to be awarded a scholarship to study at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Pleased to say I was awarded a BA Production, Technology and Management, specialising in lighting technology, as well as being awarded two university awards (an achievement unprecedented at the time) .

In the many years since my degree, I have worked extensively throughout the UK and overseas on award winning productions and events, in the roles as lighting designer and production manager. Enjoying either role in equal measure.

I am currently working partime as Barrowland Ballet’s production manager and I enjoy spending my other working time as a freelance lighting designer and production manager.

I thoroughly enjoy working with various people and creative minds a like, on varying scales of productions and events. (The more ambitious or ‘crazy’ the idea, the better!)

When I am not working, you will no doubt find me travelling with my partner, our dog or with friends on the latest travel adventure.
